About This Place

Nestled just minutes from the bustling Las Vegas Strip, Biwon Premium Korean BBQ and Sushi All You Can Eat offers a vibrant and mouthwatering fusion of Korean and Japanese cuisines that elevate the all-you-can-eat experience to a new level of indulgence. Located at 2721 W Sahara Ave, this restaurant expertly balances the interactive thrill of Korean BBQ with the delicate artistry of sushi rolls, making it a destination for food lovers craving variety, freshness, and quality.

Step inside and you're greeted by a spacious, lively dining area designed to accommodate groups of all sizes, perfect for family outings or friendly gatherings. The star attraction here is the premium Korean BBQ—each table equipped with its own grill so you can sizzle juicy, tender cuts like Beef Short Rib Plate ($21), Garlic Beef Belly ($18), and Spicy Chicken Plate ($18) to your preferred level of char. The meats are strikingly fresh, bursting with natural flavors and enhanced by Biwon’s impeccable seasoning. There’s an undeniable thrill in cooking your own food, absorbing the sizzling aromas that fill the air and sinking your teeth into the smoky, savory results.

But the journey doesn’t stop at BBQ. The sushi offerings here are equally impressive, boasting an extensive array of rolls that cater to all tastes, from the fiery kick of the Kiss Of Fire ($15) to the creamy richness of the Avo Q ($12.50), and the elegantly crafted Sweet Lobster ($15). Sushi connoisseurs will appreciate the freshness of the fish and the expertly balanced flavors, even if some find the rice a little heavier than expected—yet it never overshadows the delicious fillings. The Sushi Taco Trio and specialty rolls like the intriguingly named Something Wrong #69 give adventurous diners another refreshing angle on classic tastes.

Complementing the main attractions are flavorful side dishes that complete the meal: the comforting warmth of Miso Soup, the crispy satisfaction of Tako Yaki, and the addictive spice of Spicy Garlic Edamame. Don’t forget to finish on a sweet note with their cool, refreshing Green Tea Ice Cream, which provides a light, palate-cleansing finish after all the bold flavors.

Guest reviews consistently highlight Biwon’s combination of quality food, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service. As customer Katie N shares, the staff’s friendliness and ability to remain patient on a busy Saturday night create a welcoming vibe that keeps patrons coming back. Carly L perfectly captures the essence of dining here—“Being able to cook everything yourself right at the table makes the whole experience even better,” she notes, emphasizing the freshness and flavor that transport diners beyond the typical Vegas dining scene.

One small note to consider is the parking situation; the lot is compact with a single entrance and exit, which can lead to short waits during busy weekends, but this minor inconvenience is well worth it for an exceptional meal. Whether you're craving robust Korean BBQ, fresh sushi, or a bit of both, Biwon offers a delicious refuge from the Strip’s hustle, delivering a hearty, fun, and authentic Asian fusion feast that leaves a lasting impression.

For an unforgettable dining experience that truly celebrates premium Korean BBQ and sushi in a warm, bustling environment, Biwon Premium Korean BBQ and Sushi All You Can Eat stands out as a must-visit gem in Las Vegas.

We stopped by this place for lunch while visiting Vegas. We only tried the sushi this time (saving the BBQ for our next visit), and overall it was a solid experience. The sushi was fresh, tasty, and the variety was great for an AYCE spot. Pricing felt fair for what you get, and service was efficient and friendly. The only downside was the rice-to-fish ratio. The rice was on the heavier side, and the vinegar flavor was a bit too strong for our liking. Looking forward to coming back to try the BBQ!

Second time coming here and still love it! Great meats, great sushi and great service! Gabriel was our server on a super busy Saturday night. He was friendly, patient and just had good vibes overall. Parking lot is small and only has one entrance/exit, which should not be an issue on a weekday, but you can imagine weekends. Took us 15-20 mins of camping to secure a spot. Good thing they partnered with Palace Station and Paseo Plaza (where McDonalds is) for additional parking.

Never judge a restaurant by its surroundings. Biwon is an excellent dining option just minutes from the strip. The dining area is huge. Whether you want sushi or Korean BBQ, in case you can't decide, you can have both and at a reasonable price. Excellent service and delicious food, you can't go wrong with choosing this hidden gem. Whether you're staying at Circus Circus or The Venetian, make the trek and give this place a try. Trust me, you'll love it and will return over and over again.

We came here in February. So much fun Being able to cook everything yourself right at the table makes the whole experience even better. The meats were top-tier fresh, juicy, and full of flavor and every single thing we tried was delicious. This is the kind of spot that makes you forget you’re in Vegas for a second If you want to get off the Strip and eat really well, this place is a must. We left stuffed, happy, and already planning a return.

We came here after the Nas & Las Vegas Philharmonic show and ordered sushi and edamame à la carte. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was quick and the atmosphere was great for a late-night bite. We’re definitely coming back to try the Korean BBQ next time. The table next to us had it and it looked and smelled amazing!

Highly recommend this restaurant. We walked in around 1pm with no reservation this Sunday and were seated immediately. I didn't get her name but our server was so friendly and attentive. We choose the cheaper set A. There were a lot of fun different appetizers to choose from. We enjoyed the thin sliced pork belly and garlic beef belly. Overall a great kbbq spot and i will be back next time im in Vegas!
